My History...

Jeri Phillips has been an Allen resident since 1973.  She graduated from Allen High School and is married to her high school sweetheart.  Loving the City of Allen and the people here, they chose to make Allen their home and subsequently raised their three boys here.

Being an “Allenite,” Jeri has worked almost exclusively in and among the Allen business community.  She has over twelve years of experience in the title industry with more than five of those years managing and closing in a fee attorney’s office. The law firm environment offered knowledge and experience not limited to title insurance.  Exposure to real estate law, wills, probates, and municipal water districts was beneficial and is an asset to her career.

Within the title industry, Jeri’s working relationships include among others; the City of Allen, Allen Independent School District, Allen Economic Development Corporation, Lovejoy Independent School District, local real estate agents, lenders, churches, custom builders, and a loyal clientele base.  She has a working knowledge of commercial and residential real estate, one-time closings, interim construction loans, 1031 exchanges, refinances, home equity loans, home equity lines of credit and reverse mortgages.

My Standards...

As an Escrow Officer, Jeri enjoys the one- on-one closing experience with buyers, sellers, and first time homeowners as well as spending time with builders, lenders, mortgage brokers and real estate agents.  Whether preparing them for the closing process or helping them resolve difficult or unexpected title issues she is always ready for a challenge.

Her overall goal is to provide a positive and professional closing experience by committing to exceptional service on a personal level.  Her willingness to go the extra mile makes all the difference.
